2019 was a busy year for live performances and studio sessions. Joe did shows with the great Bobby Lyle with both his 7-piece jazz/funk band and organ trio. More fun gigs with the various iterations of Peterson family ranging from Classic Rock to Funk to Jazz. And playing Gospel with the Shiloh Missionary Church band every Sunday continued to be a welcome weekly experience. Joe hosted the Puerto Rican band, Cafezz, in June with performances in Minneapolis. The Little Feat tribute band Jambalaya continued rockin’ Minneapolis with the seldom-played classics of Lowell George and company.
And Joe continued writing and producing music for Peter Pants Productions with partner Ricky Peterson.
2020 started strong but all live shows have been canceled due to the pandemic. Joe is using this time to produce more content for Fretboard Biology.
